WHEN WILL BRIAN OR BOBBIE BE VISITING MY AREA?
Brian and Bobbie Houston travel throughout the year. The easiest way to see if they will be visiting an area near you is by checking the ‘Coming Up’ section on our website.
WHERE CAN I GET THAT COLOUR T-SHIRT?
The best place and time to get your Colour/Sisterhood t-shirts is at Conference time! However, if you happen to miss conference feel free to check-out our Online Store as we sometimes make them available for purchase after conference.
HOW ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
After your order is placed through our website, your payment is then passed through our warehouse for processing. Following this, your order will be shipped to you under Standard Shipping. You can log-in to our site and check your order status at any time. An explanation of terms is available below.
For Digital Download purchases you will receive a second email with a link to download your purchase once our warehouse have processed your payment. This download link is valid for 120 hours and can be used up to three times for your use only.

We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
STATUS DEFINITIONS
• Paid: Your order payment has been approved and your
order will be processed and shipped from our warehouse.
• Part-Dispatched: Means your order has a combination of downloaded items as well as physically stocked items, we will process the physical stock part of your order as soon as possible, your downloads you will have received in to your nominated email address
• Dispatched: Is for downloadable orders, this means your
download has been sent to your nominated email address
• Cancelled: Your order will be on the 'Cancelled' status if
you have called our office to cancel it.
• New: Your order will be on the 'New' status if the order was not completed correctly.
This also indicates that payment has not been taken, please place another order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
